The best face masks for healthy skin

I’ve recently become super obsessed with face masks! I don’t know if it’s because we’re all home during this quarantine or if I’m finally seeing the benefits of it, but I’m masking it up 2 to 3 times a week! My current favs are NIU Green Tea Detox and Bolden’s Hydrating Glow Mask.

This combination is truly transforming my skin and this is the healthiest it’s ever been in quite some time. I also have a few others to share that I’ve seen amazing results with. So if you’re into trying some new skincare products while you’re at home, definitely check these out!

For hydrating

  1. Bolden Glow Hydrating Mask

Can you say GLOW UP? This mask is so soothing. From the moment it’s applied my skin feels loved. With ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera I know that my skin is getting all the moisture it needs. This mask is sensitive enough to be used daily — but I usually stick to 2x a week.

2. NIU Body Detox Green Clay Mask

I typically stay away from masks that harden a lot. My combo-dry skin usually can’t handle it. If I do use them its here and there but this mask YALL! While it minimizes my pores and removes my blackheads, the green tea also soothes my dry areas. I typically leave it on for 6-8 minutes (suggested:10) and that does the trick!

3. BLUE LOTUS SEED MUD MASK + EXFOLIANT

This is a great mask if you’re looking to improve your skin’s texture and a little goes a long way. It’s rich in antioxidants, bamboo, ginger + more. Plus the white tea makes it perfect for sensitive skin like mine. I also use this as an exfoliating scrub when I don’t have time for a 10 minute mask.

4. DETOXIFYING MUD MASK

I alternate between the Purlisse mask and this one. Although this mask does harden, it’s a soft hold and doesn’t make my skin feel super tight. When I remove it I feel as if I’m exfoliating. This mask also tackles acne causing bacteria, and while it doesn’t eliminate my cystic acne, it does keep it from getting worse.

5. ALYA SKIN PINK CLAY MASK

I’ve never seen results so fast! This mask was sent to me from Alya Skin to try and after my first use my pores looked smaller. It does leave a light pink tint, so I don’t use it regularly but when I do it never disappoints. Kaolin clay is also known for removing toxins so I’m sure with regular use you can see additional improvements to your skin!
