Self care while social distancing
/As crazy and scary as these times are, the one thing that I can see as a positive outcome of the COVID-19 outbreak is that it is forcing us to slow down. I am an huge fan of r e s t. That doesn’t necessarily mean sleep, it just means to be mindful of when your body, your mind and you soul needs to slow down. So I hope that some of these tips cause you to take a breather during this time and find a place of peace. A key to staying healthy isn’t just eating the right things, but setting aside time to make sure your body has all that it needs!
