My favorite black women owned businesses

The Lip Bar

Melissa is doing a great job at expanding this brand! Every product that I’ve purchased is great quality and my skin/face responds so well to it. I love the variety of lipsticks that are offered and I’m eager to get my hand on her eyeshadows. I appreciate brands who take time in the production phase to make sure they’re delivering top notch products.

The Honey Pot company

This is my most recent purchase but I can tell you from the initial use that it’s made well! I like to give my cagina extra attention and care near my menstrual cycle. These wipes helped to set everything back to normal within a few days of use.

Mielle Organics

The top two things I now look for in my hair products is organic ingredients and moisture! Mielle delivers on both. My favorite from the RX Hawaiian and Ginger line is the overnight conditioner. IT leaves my hair soft and smelling good every time. I also enjoy the Babassu shampoo, it’s color safe and moisture rich but cleans my hair thoroughly.

TGIN

I’ve now had great success with two lines from TGIN. Their main line (shea butter and honey) and their Miracle RepairX. Both have successfully brought my hair to life. Less knots, more length retention and moisture.

Hanifa

Can I just say creativity! I’m always inspired by Hanifa’s products, especially her sets. They’re filled with bold colors and bold concepts. Trendsetter for sure!

Six/20 Style

Like mentioned in this video, I don’t currently own products from this brand but I have to stand by it. Quality and comfort. A great blend of fashionable sportswear.

Passport 7

BE SURE TO ENTER MY GIVEAWAY— I can’t tell you how much I’m intrigued by this brand! It’s so creative and the scents are delicious. I currently own Taj Mahal and Aloha Maui. Excited to purchase more!
