The Side Effects of Social Media

Did you miss me? Tell me, what exactly did you miss? I used to be a dickhead and ask that question whenever someone would say “omg I missed you!” It usually threw them off guard and they’d fumble over the words, trying to find something to say. But don’t worry, you don’t have to answer that, I’d just like to say I’m backkkkkkkkkkkkkk*!

Bloating, black stools, burping hiccups that don't let up, nausea, wheezing, dry cough, hoarseness, or chronic sore throat. All side effects of acid reflux, which I typically get when I lay down on my couch after eating (don’t do this) while scrolling on social media! I could eat at any given point in a day! So instead of cooking at home, attend a class a learn how to make a new dish... together! Cooking classes can often be great fun because you watch your dish come to life. Switch it up, get dressed up and attend a cooking class!

Dance the night away with your boo at a professional dance class! I'm looking to learn Rumba and tango this year...professionally! My parents are pretty good at salsa, merengue and such but I'd like to leave these two dances to the professionals.

What plans do you have for you boo this 14th? Let me know in the comments below.
