So I did this challenge for the month of April and I’m taking it on again for the month of June! I’m only drinking water and occasionally I’ll have milk. My skin felt so much healthier and I didn’t feel as tired when I cut out all the other drinks. No more soda, coffee, wine, teas or anything else, just water for me!
